Food and Drug Administration found the product contains undeclared tadalafil, which makes the product an unapproved drug. Tadalafil is a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil can interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs and could lower blood pressure to terapia tadalafil levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease often take nitrates, according to the FDA. No illnesses have been reported.
